A lot of tessellated tile work goes wrong because supply and installation are handled separately. A builder sources tiles without really understanding the pattern. A tiler installs without understanding heritage conventions. When we manage both, those problems don’t happen. The same people who chose the tiles are the ones laying them. Pattern centring, border cuts, grout colour, joint width — every call is made by someone who knows why it matters.

Frequently Asked Questions

For a standard residential verandah, allow two to four weeks from sign-off to completion. A week or two for tile procurement, then two to four days on site. Bigger or more complex jobs take longer. We'll give you a specific timeline in the proposal.

Usually not much. If there's an existing floor to remove, that's included in scope. We'll let you know ahead of time if there's anything out of the ordinary.

You can choose from the full range of Victorian and Edwardian patterns we stock or can source. For anything not commercially available, we can design a custom version. We'll talk through the options when we come out.
