Yes, this is most of what we do. We lift the damaged sections, find the closest match for replacements, and lay them in so they blend with the original. Usually you can't pick the repair.

Depends what's underneath. Some substrates are still solid and just need cleaning and priming before we start. Others, particularly old sand-and-cement beds, need to come out before anything new will last. We check it properly during the initial visit and include whatever's needed in the quote.

Honestly, close but not identical. Originals were often handmade with slight colour and size variations that modern replicas can't fully replicate. The match is usually very good, especially once everything's sealed and settled. We'll show you samples before ordering so you can see for yourself.
